I have been dreaming all night with smurfs...A lovely dream, isn´t it? And I want to know pics of smurfs I ever have seen...

I have been thinking about a section with mistakes in smurfs (well, the truth is that I really don´t know if there is a similar topic...)

Here you are two smurfs with mistakes in colours from my collection...

I think I remember a thread like this...But this topic is always nice..! :)

Here are my three smurfs with mistakes. Or is the angry one with white tail a normal variation?

hi!

its so nice to see those errors! I love finding them! they somehow passed the inspectors at the factory and still made it out there.

you must be happy to own these! great photos by the way.

Oooh I love these types of smurfs.......I have a few of them as well and have been planning on making a page on my site to showcase them altogether.

Does anyone else have others as they are always wonderful to see?

I actually had the ice lolly without his tongue painted but got one that did have his tongue painted, so i got rid of the unpainted tongue :banghead: That was of course before coming here and knowing that would be a good one to keep :banghead:

Lovely smurfs Joaquin and Simon. :-D

I agree these are lovely to own, I don't have many compared to Attom and Dyar as I know they both have a fantastic selection of these but I did find an angler super smurf a while back. :D

Lovely smurfs, Rachel!!!!!But do you think all the smurfs with blue eyes can be mistakes? I have some of them, and and you can find on DSK IV: tyroler, and biscuit smurf...Or these last ones are in fact variations? :-? :-?

Hi Joaquin, I would say that the biscuit and tirolese smurfs are variations as they have their pupils and mounths painted. :-D

My fishing smurf I am sure is just a mistake as no mouth and no pupils. :D

I agree rachel!!!!About the tongue, is more difficult to know...I have these two rollerskate smurfette, with the same markings but one is without red tongue

And the hockey has a black tail

What about the sitting smurf without the mouth painted? Is that a variation or painting error? :? :-?

OH this is my thing you are talking about...
I'm crazy about any smurf who's a bit different. I think it's because
all my friends are always telling me I'm not a ussual girl.

I collect them for a long time, when something is wrong or not painted
it's going with me.
I want to make a section in my collection with all the white tails, but the space is a bit of a problem, I'm working on it.
The other wrong painted smurfs are between the others. But I know where
they are hidding.
I love it when smurfers come to visit my collection, those are the ones I'll show. Sorry for that but you shom what you like...isn't it.

Michelle

don't forget 14 october 2007, big collectors fair Brussels! :D

Here are a few error smurfs that I really like from my collection. You can usually tell where the painter has gone over an area where he shouldn't of and therefore just stopped painting it.

I hope you like them

Dyar

PS - Some pics have 2 smurfs but there is only 1 that is an error in them :D

Wow, that are great pics, Dyar..! I especially like the king! :D

I also remembered an other mistake smurf I have (tabletennis), when I saw your goal keeper...Watch the photo. :)

And I have a question...what's about this sort of smurfs:

http://www.geocities.com/attombomb7/hpa ... lings.html ?

I have got one like them, but how to prove they are authentic mistakes? And how were they made? :-? Perhaps I'll post a pic of mine later.

:? I cannot see the error on the doctor pics...am I blind or is it really tiny? :eyes:

I feel like it's a "Where's Waldo?" picture :) :)

Joaquin, I have no idea about the rollerskate smurfette. whether this is a variation or not. I only have one of her and mine has a red mouth. :D

It's just the black dot on the lamp that is unpainted.....not a big deal but still nice to find anyway.
