Can someone please help me with this smurf. I can not find a year on him, he does have the backing and a little record player in him although I could not get it to work :???: I know I had seen pictures of him before but I can not recall who he is or when he was made. :?

Hi Gerda, I can't really add any more info to what has been discussed in the previous thread but it is great to see you are giving a good home to another of the Papas. :-D

Was this from Tina's collection Gerda?

I haven't heard from you for a while......how is the smurfing going lately?

Erda said she has never seen so many smrufs before when she visited your house....I am looking forward to doing the same next time and being blown away by your collection.

Hi Dyar,

are you talking about the person called Tina whose collection was used for the "Smurfs Around the World. An Unofficial Guide to Smurfs." book? :-? I didn't know she had liquidated her awesome collection. :(

Thanks for the information given, Maureen. :) Btw. when did she sell them? Was/Is she a member of bluecavern or how come that you and Dyar knew that?

(Hope you don't mind just another boring question)

Yup this smurf came from Tina's collection. I think I overdid it with buying her things as I am in smurf debt up to my eyeballs, but she is VERY cool about it and letting me pay it off over time so that helps.
I received two boxes from her and this past week I went to her dad's house where she is visiting (boy I would be in big trouble if she moved back to wisconsin) but at her dad's she found more stuff that she forgot about and needless to say I picked up everything. My smurf mobile was FULL all I kept thinking of on the way home was if I get in an accident there will be smurfs allover the highway :) :) She's the reason I had to revamp my web page as I was cramming everything together and it looked crappy. I still have to add all the stuff I picked up from her which will take a good long time in itself. My house is now officailly overun with smurfs, but it's fun!!

I think Gerda might of introduced me to her or maybe I won something from her on ebay originally...not sure now. I know I did win the large Schleich display from her but the postage was too high so she let me off the hook out of sympathy which was really nice of her.

From what I hear.....Moey & Gerda have been going nuts buying a lot of her items recently. Unfortunately things were sold recently that I have begged her for in the past or to keep for me if she ever did want to sell them. :banghead:

Yes, I think, that's true.. :) :)

Dominique, Gerda hooked me up with Tina when she learned that I am collecting just about everything that has a smurf on it... :-D

Tina is still selling a lot of her collection, even after Gerda and Maureen had their fair share, there is a lot left. She asked me to pass on the site she has set up that has over 340 pictures of Smurf related items.

The " Unauthorized Guide To Smurfs Around The World" only shows a third of her actual collection.

I had a look at all the pictures Tina attached, and I'm interested in some of the items I saw.
How can I contact her?
