So are they considered with hook, or without?
It doesn't look like the hook has just been removed, because the hole looks like there's never been anything in it.

Hi, to be honest, I am not sure of the answer for this one.

I don't know if there was a tool used to make a hole or if the hook was inserted directly making the hole as it went so it is difficult to say what has made the hole in yours or if it was "pre drilled" and no hook used.
