Hi

Has anyone purchased smurfs from ebay seller 'smurfattackgermany' (also known as 'sale-trade2007)? If you have, what is your opinion of this seller?

Smurfy regards

Hi Sharon, I had noticed this seller suddenly appear a little while ago. :D

Although I have no proof and I have not bought from them, they appear to me to be fairly experienced Ebay sellers and certainly experienced smurf sellers. Now whether this means they have a new Ebay ID and have been known as someone else, I just don't know........ :-?

It is difficult to tell from the pics as many sellers use this background.

was also known as xxxtwingoxxx, or something similiar and as far as I can remember a lot good stuff but the seller has also no problem with selling fakes...
But never bought some stuff from him because the prices are too high by far...

Ok then.....HE'S A JERK

I wouldn't take free smurfs from this seller as I already have too much trash in the bin....but I am just trying to be polite about this seller because it's a public forum and can't really say what I feel about them.

Hello Dyar

My sentiments exactly but I wasn't sure. Could shilling be involved? I have found him to be overpriced and pushy! For ages, my gut feeling was to avoid him but I wasn't sure why. This is why I asked the question on the forum to see what other folk thought.

Conclusion: avoid at all costs!!

I have found the list of 'good ebay sellers', that's been compiled on here, helpful. I've even added a few myself.

Happy smurfing :) :D

Regarding what I said about xxxtwingoxxx or whatever the name is......to be fair I don't know them personally so he/she may not be a general jerk in real life like I stated above

However......when it comes to selling on ebay then he/she is definately a dishonest jerk and shouldn't be trusted or bought from in my opinion.

I didn't buy from them but I asked a question about one of his/her's auctions (knowing full-well the correct answer) and wasn't overly surprised to hear some gibberish about a smurf being a very rare Swedish promo......the truth was that it was actually purchased the week before on ebay as a reasonably cheap home repaint. This seller tried to deceive me despite obviously knowing exactly what they were selling so I don't trust them and if they have any other ebay names then I recommend others post them here to warn everybody who they could be dealing with.

Yep, that makes sense, Thanks Cheesy. :D

I knew this had to be an already known seller but didn't know who. :-D

I will be staying well clear. :bolt:
