I'm expanding my database to include the above mentioned items.

Currently adding houses and playsets, using Blue Imps site as ref (thanks Rachel! )

Does anyone know all the Schleich numbers for these and release year?

As for the promos... is there a good site with them all listed, and with Schleich numbers - when available?
I'm not sure Blue Imps has them all... Well, I'm sure it hasn't, the BASF one isn't there yet.

I don't think promos carry a Schleich number (at least I don't think so, correct me if I am wrong anyone )

I don't know of a site that has all the promos listed...don't even know if that is possible...but Dyar has a nice lot of promos...

I am glad I can be of help but I should warn you, I still have not got around to updating some of those sections on Blue Imps so you might want to check out some other sites just in case I haven't got all the info you need. Dyar has a very comprehensive list with loads of info on www.sgtpapas.com

Yup, used Dyar's site to complement what was missing on yours.
Hope bettwen the both of you I got all the houses and playsets.

Still haven't decided how to handle the promos - variations of the original Schleich ones, or give them fictious numbers like I did for the McD set.

Will have to make up some numbers for those that are orginal molds, though.

I can help you with the numbers for the playsets and houses. Not sure where I got these now as I refer to my own spreadsheet instead of whatever research I did to get these. I know most of them were right on the boxes of the newer versions though.
