I've never seen one before. It looks like it's made of hard plastic?

I know I am going to get some funny looks when I ask this question. :)

Does he have a hole in his bottom?? :shock:

I am not even sure why I am asking this, just felt it needed to be asked. :D

Okay, that is the funniest pencil I have ever seen. It looks more like a cart to me?? :-? :)

Maybe it's a cart that transforms into a pencil (sorry, saw "Transformers" last night lol) but I recognized the smurf from that series and knew Dragon had him on there ;)
