Interesting, no idea but I'm guessing at another figure painted blue ...

I don't recognise it but it certainly looks interesting. I wonder what markings it has on it as that might help with finding out what it is :-?

They are figures from a cartoon that we´ve could see in Spain years ago.
If I´m not wrong This character is DELFY the dolphin. The cartoon had the same name (I think).

Thanks lobo :)

I asked about marking on the figure, hope the seller will reply.

[Edit] Just got a reply. :)

He says it's hard to read cause the letters are very small, what he got was:
DALFI with arc lettering.
NOVOTEL 2000 with normal lettering.

He also says he doesn't believe it to be a real smurf, as the figure measures 6,5cm from top to bottom.

As I´ve said, it´s not DALFI. Actually it´s DELFI.
Delfin means dolphin in spanish.

Along with my 9,000 Smurfs, I also collect other PVC cartoon characters, about 4,500. I collect these Dolfi's provided by Novotel. They produce a new series every year with various themes, in a package similar to a Happy Meal toy. The best I can interpret, is that Novotel is a chain of hotels all over the world. I have purchased the majority of these dolphins on eBay France. I have 44 different characters: Explorers, Pirates, Caveman, Cowboys, Indians, Circus Acts, Clowns, Wizards, Royalty, Caesar, Photgrapher, Troubador, Soccer, Teenage Dolpdin Series(7), Alladin Series(7), and Egyptian Series(7).

Another PVC character from France, which is produced yearly with different themes is Flunchy. There are many more variations of these, and both character lines don't receive a whole lot of bids, so I have been fortunate to procure them without much competition. I believe Flunchy is a fast food type restaurant.

I have stayed in NYC's Novotel :D

That figure is quite cute and would look good with smurfs, I think.

I have stayed in a few Novotels around the world too. Interesting to know about this figure and I agree, they are very cute maybe due to being blue. :-?
