The picture below shows two smurfs i bought from two different sellers !

The smurf on the left was bought about two years ago from R****r, one of our favourite sellers  , the smurf advertsied for sale was mint, and as you can see, the smurf i received was not the smurf he advertised, surely not ? :o

The smurf on the right is the smurf i received from Dennis, he described it as mint and boxed, and look what i received, yes, a smurf mint in box ! :D

Need i say more ?

Dennis............. :worship: :worship: :worship:

I think i'll be selling the first one ! Not for much tho, and it will be described appropriately, i do not regret buying it, although i was disappointed with the seller, but it was always my intention to replace it at some point for a better one :D

The latch on his first one is broken :D

I think it is pretty hard to get one with an unbroken latch..but this particular seller is well-known for using the same pictures on his auctions and selling smurfs in less than perfect condition for high prizes. I don't think he was known for that though when Beers got his a few years ago

I remember you mentioning the first Jokey Gray so it is good to see the comparison and I agree, there is no comparison. :D

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

I am glad you finally found your mint smurf, Beers! It's such a shame though that you trusted R****r back then. I have been cheated by sellers a few times myself, and it certainly made my blood boil when I realised I had been cheated.

Your new smurfy is fab., BTW!! :-D
smurfieduck :-)

Carry on Smurfin' - and have a Smurfin' good day!!!!
