Hi at all,
In jpp's thread about the collector's book (http://www.forum.bluecavern.com/viewtop ... collectors) there was a picture of a smurf inside, I had never seen before...I wanted to ask, but forgot it...Now I have seen the smurf on ebay..But at first, here is the photo:

And here is the ebay auction:

I think you are right, Christy....or a combination of the ice lolly smurf and the football smurf :-?

Does the article say what smurf this is?

I think you're right Christy......looks like a combination and quite possibly a home made. Strange it made it into this article though.

And a Judo smurf with a red belt? :-?
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

@Steve:
Referring to what the text reads, this one must be a CNT. :D
(I may have seen him in the DSK as well.)

What an interesting topic. :-D

When I saw the smurf in the article I think I just assumed it was some kind of Kinder smurf but after seeing Simon's link to the auction and seeing better pictures, I agree with you guys, it is very strange??? :-?

Firstly I am going to guess that it is definitely a fake of some kind, the description in the auction states there are no markings and looking at the figure, there is a very visable seam running down his right hand.

I agree that it does look like a mixture of the ice lolly smurf and kicker smurf but whether it is a homemade of a couple of different smurfs or whether there was ever a mold to make this little guy, I really just don't know. I am fairly sure I haven't seen one before and it is also very interesting to see a little bidding frenzy going on.

How on Earth it turned up the article, goodness knows. Anyone know if there is any mention of this particular smurf in the article itself? :scratchinghead:

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

Hi Dominique..yes I seem to remember now the judo being a CNT..I only have 3 CNT's that Christy gave me (thank you Christy)..so I'm not much of an authority on them..thanks for reminding me :D

Hi guys!
Thanks to JPP, I received my copy of that mag yesterday. http://www.collectionneur-chineur.fr/ Talking about the weird footballer, I agree to what Christy mentioned earlier. However the text next to him, states out that he is actually "rare Spanish fake".
