I never got any reply back recently after sending 7 emails to wish the smurfs a Happy Anniversary and to ask about the recent Hong Kong smurfs to find out if they are genuine.

I think the problem is that Schleich doesn't speak English. I heard a couple of times that they didn't understand what people are saying, but when I emailed them last year in German the person who replied was friendly. Although I doubt that they care what I'm saying.
As for IMPS, you could possibly write in Dutch...don't know.

Hi Gert, I would like to think it is a translation problem but they have never had any problems with English when they have written to me to complain about things.

I don't think its a translation problem either Gert as Schleich has offices in Bishop Stortford in England and have always replied to me when I have emailed them
