.....help identifying some other Bully W. Germany figures

I won an auction the other day and especially bid for the two smurfs below. There were a handful of others but no need to photograph them :)

and there were other figurines in here that I just don't know where they are from. Does anyone know who these figures are? :?

Hi Staci,

the yellow-black striped guy looks like a Dalton brother from the Lucky Luke comic.

I vaguely remember the seal/walrus in the captains outfit from my youth... but I can't come up with the comic/cartoon or name

Not much help I guess

I like the smurfs best too. :-D The seals are cute though.

I'm pretty sure that the monkey on the ball is Äffle (pronounced Effler = little monkey) but I'm sure that Moey or Gert would be able to confirm that. On South-West German TV there were 2 characters in the intermissions called Pferdle (little horse) & Äffle & I'm pretty sure that what this is.

As to the others - no idea, but they are all very nice. Well done on finding some lovely figures :D

Thanks for your answers everyone....and Joaquin, do not worry - I'm not going to start collecting anything else (yet) as there isn't much room left :) :) The seller of this auction is going to list more smurfs soon...and everything I received was like brand new and mint. I was quite happily surprised because a lot of people say mint and it normally isn't. He is really great to deal with too and I won my auction on Sunday night and received everything today.

usaresellers2000 Even though he lists as USA shipping only, I can help out if he can't ship overseas. :D

@Staci

The first and second figures of the third pic from above are the characters Captain and Petzi from the Danish book and comic book series "Petzi". See: http://www.petzi-forschung.de/

As Tojo mentioned earlier, the third figure is "Äffle" from the German SWF advertising block:
See Gert's site: http://computergert.co.funpic.de/pferdle.html

And the yellow-black coloured character in the fourth pic is indeed one of the Dalton brothers from the Lucky Luke cartoons.

I love the half-painted smurf...Glad you won that auction :-D

I know the little monkey quite well :) :) It is Äffle and I grew up watching him and Pferdle on the local German station..They would show up between commercials and had little cartoon bits that were quite funny at times..They speak in the local dialect (Swabian) that is quite hard to understand at times.

Here is a Youtube clip of one of their sketches..It's in the Swabian dialect, they speak about money..Affle asks why humans need money, and Pferdle answers, it's because it doesn't make you happy, which is what they deserve :-?

Here is another another one which shows one of their more popular clips...Hafer and Bananenblues.....

Thank you, ladies...I knew all our German members would know as these were all bought in Germany back in 1982 by the seller

Hello. In 1982 I was 3 years old, my brother got almost all the Sniks (well not in 1982 but from 83 onwards...anyway) and I got most of the smurfs. (Not that many though.)
Hence I'm a member of this forum now and he's not!

Besides I'd like to say even if 95% of all threads on BC are about smurfs you can learn something about other figurines as well, e.g. why do the figurines look different even if they have the same mold numbers. I haven't figured this yet though.

I collect monkeys as well. :-D

Fishy, you have a wonderful collection of figurines there! Though, out of all of them, I prefer the smurfs - especially the pink harp smurf! :D
smurfieduck :-)

Carry on Smurfin' - and have a Smurfin' good day!!!!
