I finally found and bought the Hula Smurfette with the same hair and skirt color :woohoo:

The other variation that I had for some time already is the Germany/Made in China one with the yellow hair (I think that's the common one :D ) and I was wondering if all W. Germany variations have the same hair and skirt color or if there are also W. Germany Hula smurfettes with the yellow hair out there. :?

Congratulations Maureen

I'm not sure which one I have so I'll have a look later when I get home. I didn't even know there was a difference :-?

Here are the different ones

the first picture is the W.Germany one with the same colors of hair and skirt, and the second one are two "Made in China" with Germany marking ones (pictures stolen again from Dyar, of course)

ImageImage

Dyar put the following note under the WG one
NOTE: This is the variation from the first production where the Hair is the same colour as the Grass Skirt. Later productions all had yellow Hair
Which makes me think there might yellow haired WG smurfettes out there as well :-?

So I am kinda asking if anybody has seen those or if I am on the wrong track :o

Hi Maureen and congrats on your new smurfette,
I have got a hula smurfette with yellow hair and with a "Made in Germany" marking. So, neither "China" nor "W." on her. :-D

Here are my hula smurfettes:

Thanks, Simon.

It was one of the pretty inexpensive variations I was still looking for so I was very excited when I finally found her :-D

Thanks for posting about the Made in Germany variation..seems there is at least one more for me to look out for :D

I'll have to check mine now :)
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.
