Gerda,
Not old not new? not white not blue? That cannot be true.
You know there's more than one WalMart, maybe two. (LOL)

:haha: :sofunny: .
that was good!!

Staci, I would have given anything to see that show in walmart. :)

That story is really funny Staci :) :) I had a really good mental picture of your cousin trying to bat the smurfs off the shelf :) :)

They are available in Italy too. The packages are bi-lingual Italian and Spanish, and they are very expensive: 25 euros for the houses, 21 euros for the cars and 8 euros for the smurfs, so I won't collect them (they are not Schleich smurfs).

Wow Paolo that is very steep. I wouldn't collect them either at that price. What is that in USD $50 aprox. They are about 1/2 that here. The Smurfs are around $5 or 2.5 euros the houses $10 or around 5 euros. I don't remember the houses.

They'd be interesting to see it Italian/Spanish language though. I have updated the play along page in case anyone wants to see closeups of everything out of the packaging :D

Looking good staci!! I have not dared take any out of there package yet,
notice the "yet" as I have not ruled it out either. Of course I am one that still has not taken the spare irwin smurfs out either so it may take awhile :) :) ( I can just see me on my death bed opening smurfs :) :) )

This is from an ebay seller who has them for sale at about the same price I saw them in the supermarket (but if you add shipping the price is really too much).

Hi Staci; I am not at home right now but I don't remember the two stars on the windows. I will look at my flickr page when I post this.
P.S. I couldn't see the windows in the pic's they are open and the houses are turned around.

The play set looks the same but the box is completly differnt, the english one is a light blue and the smurfs on the bottom are on the other side. this box reminds me of the display box the little smurfs come in. very neat to see.

Seems like they are making these new Play Along Smurfs for other
countries as well. Thanks for posting that picture Paolo.
When I first saw it I thought it was a new Play Along Smurf item.

I haven't had time to check yet, Bill. I am thinking they should have them now and will go to check this weekend. I need four sets (apart from mine which is taken care off thanks to Stace  ) but think once they made it into the stores down here, I won't have a problem.
