I went to IKEA at the weekend and got a brand new display cabinet for my smurfs. I like being able to light the cabinet up now, I just need some risers so that I can see the back rows :)

Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

Excellent cabinet, Steve :D My co-worker found a very nice display cabinet at a flea market a few weeks ago for me but I haven't had time to set it up yet.

Steve,

Do you have the hockeyplayer in the UK-box?
I have never seen that one.

Hi Andre, you mean the hockey player in a super sport smurf box? No, I don't have that one..I'm fairly sure it did exist as I remember having it as a kid and also it fitted onto the 'national garage oilympic stadium'

Thanks Hillary & Tojo. I'll take some photos of my Unicef smurf and put them up here for you to see (I'll paint his hat first though - that still needed doing) :)

excellent display cabinet for your smurfs Steve. I definitely think Ikea is the ideal place to buy cheap cabinets that look great. I don't think I've seen that one before at Ikea.. maybe its new this year or not available in Australia yet. But I have Ikea cabinets and they are perfect!
