I meant on the box Andre, I didn't realise that it's like that on all the boxes :)
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

Steve and Martin,

this picture is especially for you.

It is both UK-boxes from National for the houses. I think you would love these. :o

I love the writing: Small smurf fun house and the super smurf fun house. :-D

In the small box you should have the old markings on the cottage. Only peyo on the roof and runningman logo on base. It is the same as the ones sold in Germany at the same time.

The large house also has the old markings. Runningman logo on base and the roof is the version with peyomarking and don´t have any hole behind the flowerbox.

I got another housebox today.

I took a picture on the top of the boxes.

The one to the left don´t have any CE- or "ages-warning"-marking. In this box you should have the old large houses with green or orange roofs without the CE marking.

The middle one has CE and grüne punkt-labels. In this box you can have both CE-marked or not CE-marked houses.

The one to the right has the CE-marking, der grüne punkt logo and the ages warnings printed on the box. In this box you should have a red roofed house with CE-markings.

Here are the boxes for the large houses.

There is one more with Italian logo on the front. This you can see on Gerdas website. It also has CE-markings, barcode etc. In this box you also should have a CE-marked large house.

Could be 1 or 2 versions more. :-? Which I haven´t seen yet.

Here are the cottage boxes.

I believe there is one more with the CE-markings but without the italian logo on the front.

And also one from Maia and Borges.

This is for you Maureen,

you wrote earlier that you wanted a picture of the 5 different ones together.

All have different markings on the roofs and the bases.
They are also different in colours. For example the new one I got with the markings just before they started making them in China has more red/purple colour on the roof( 2 from left). But the 3 and 4 from the left has almost the same paintings on the roofs, but the older one without the CE-markings has the painted butterfly. I don´t think there are any more versions of these??? :-?

Regarding the boxes there should be a CE-marked version of the smurfette cottage-box in the middle aswell. If anyone has this please send me a picture.

I don´t think so Maureen,

Smurfettes cottage was released around -84 and then they had stopped with the UK-boxes.
Right??

I agree Steve,

I don´t think there are any UK boxes for the supers produced 83 or later.

I think approx. that year they also stopped with the superschlumpf-boxes. Maybe one year later????

You have such an incredible collection Andre and your reports are so informative. This is great information for all collectors and I know I will be referring to these reports now and in the future.

You're a genius Andre and you have such a great eye for variations and detail :D
