So, now we all knew ist a new promo, not a fake and not a one of 2010 series. The biggest question will be, how much we have to pay for one.

The most of will not have a chance to get it as a gift, so the only way will
be ebay. The first one i have seen ended on 78€.

The fist ones from the last chemist was only around 25€, becaus nobody knows anything about it.

What do you think which prices we will see in the first four month after
BASF starts to give them away.

My tip: 95€ - because there are so many smufers around the world.

OK, you can wait a year on smaller prices, but ....

I agree, Ralph.

I think there will be a big rush like with the Chemist smurf in the first few months and the prices will be high, and drop drastically after probably 6 - 12 months :D

I think I can wait to get her then. I was thinking I'd have to wait a while anyway. I've still only got one of the boy smurfs for BASF and am thinking whether to get any more or not. Probably not, but you never know. :winks:

i'll wait on her too, unless ebay gets flooded with her then the price will be high.

I sent an e-mail to BASF (Some kind of global email address) with a link to that picture and a request for some kind of info about the smurfs, explaining I'm a collector and things. I don't know BASF's policy regarding such things, but you never know, right? They might be nice people, like us... :-D

I think there will not be a good chance to get one free from BASF.

The old one i get free directly from BASF after several phone calls.
I got a email contact and she send me one. This time i tryed the same,
but i got the answer. Sorry, no chance.
Mabe Gascher´s will get some directly from BASF to give collectors
a chance outside ebay to get it on a smaller price, maybe !

Hi guys,

since I wanted that smurfette so bad, I decided to give BASF a call yesterday.
I talked to a friendly lady, who said that she wasn't allowed to send a smurfette to me. :(

Nevertheless I was given some really useful information, which I want to pass on to you though.

- The Smurfette hasn't been released yet. She still is in the process of making.
- She will be released in boxes and wears the same tag variations which her Chemist counterpart had been given before.
- The Smurfette will be available to BASF customers and given away at a special fair only.

When I told her about the customers offering the promo smurfs eBay, she said that she was aware of the prob, but there was nothing she could do to prohibit that.
"If you give people anything for free, you never know what they gonna do with the item."

Thus I decided to wait on, until I will be able to afford her.

Hi Dominique,

Thanks for your info.

Do you know which fair? I wouldn't mind traveling a bit...

Postby Ritter_Schlumpfenherz » Fri Mar 20, 2009 4:16 am
I neither would dare to travel. Sadly, the lady refused to give me to give me the name of that fair. All I know is that this fair won't be the k-Kunststoffmesse, since that fair takes place every two years only. :(

Thanks for the info Dom.

It seems they are aware of the collectors intrest in these this time and won´t give them away for free to smurfcollectors.

It will probably be a lot of them on ebay after the fair. Do you know if they will produce the same amount of this smurfette as the lab-smurf?

It is always intresting with a new mold-smurf.

/André

Hi André,

I asked the woman for the total number of the smurfette being produced, but she neither had any information. :(
