I know this has been mentioned here before but I just saw the newspaper listed on ebay. I can't remember, why in the world did they think the Astro smurf was worth that much money, lol.

I remember reading about the article...I think somebody on here actually has it.

It must be this particular Astro smurf that is worth so much (J/k)...what surprises me is that no seller has picked up on it yet

I have it. The story is that somebody paid a grand as it was the last smurf they needed. Its why Astro, especially here in the UK, is NEVER cheap at fairs etc.

Mental, isn;t it!? I also have a smurf comic with an interview with a kid with the moon playset who says its worth 3 grand or something equally crazy!
