Sorry... but this is my opinion...

Other forums I've been on have this "I've got the Windmill, you don't" attitude or "I have 55 Smurfs, that's more than you" ethic about it... and personally it brings bile to my throat. Smurf collecting is, in my opinion, sharing info, trading smurfs and hearing amazing stories of other people. We'll never have every smurf item ever... and we'll live with that.

I thought this forum was different.
Rant on, Al... :D

A forum is as informative, sharing, and friendly as the people posting on it are informative, sharing and friendly....Being a member on other (smurf and non smurf ) forums makes me appreciate this one so much more (and not just because I am a mod..I've been in love with the members on here ever since joining the forum :) )

Why is it a mistake ? :-?

And why am i being singled out ?

You have just contradicted your own statement :o

Blame Andre and Lia.........they started it 8-) 8-)
Hi everyone :D

Blame me, not Lia. I started it. :)

I can take it. I used to work with Philips monitors in scandinavia and I am used to getting crap from angry customers. :) No offence, Philips. :-?

The thing is like Graham posted. I someone tells you not to post any pictures I don´t want to break these promisses. BUT the information of the articlenumbers and which smurfs are being sold could be very intresting information to collectors, and these are not meantioned and probably is OK to tell everyone about. Sorry for the confusion. I should have read the messege carefully from the beginning then I hadn´t wrote anything here at all. :D

Don't feel guilty, Andre.

I don´t feel guilty Dom. :)

I still think it is very nice information for all the members to get confirmation which the new smurfs will be. And I understand if smurfcollectors would really love to see the new smurfs as soon as possible, I would feel the same. :D But it still don´t change the facts I have written before about posting the pictures here.

don't be silly Ron, Of course you are part of the "in" crowd. Any smurf collector is part of that crowd, It's non collectors that are duds and need to get a clue!! :-D :)

Rant on Al!! We are all part of the smurfy family and don't mind you letting your feelings known :peace:

Thanks Maureen! :)

I try to write as informative as possible.
But sometimes as with all smurfcollectors, we get a little overexited about new information or new smurfs. But that I think is just a proof that you are serious collector. And I think the reaction from Azrael also is a proof that he also is a serious collector. :-D

So let us all hope that Schleich shows pictures of the new smurfs soon. I don´t see the point in letting their customers wait. They should post them on their website ASAP. :D

Cool!!! Thanks bunch Lia! :D :-D :) :) :) :) :)

Uhm, must admit thatI'm not that crazy about them either... wonder what the common person, that isn't a smurf collector will think (am assuming that they were the target with this release). :???:

Think my favorite is the one with the water (aquarius????)

PS - The last one really reminds me of the indian smurf...did they just took the mold of that one, cut it in half and added a half horse!? :o
There are those who believe that life here began out there...
