They merged with sears and alot of stores did close. The few that are still around never seem to have anything on the shelves (at least not my store) BUT today I can finally say Kmart does not suck because I found the papa and smurfette plush and thenew colored vehicles. they also had the new houses and figures but someone got to the figures and there was nothing left. Heads up as you may not know this but the plush dvd smurfs at kmart are different then what was sold in stores before. The box is different, slight difference in the material, sayings are all different and the dvds' are not alike. The only thing that is the same is the size. I'll try to get pictures posted to show them.

I didn't see any plush at the K Mart that I went to today. But then again I was so excited to find the purple Smurfette car. That I could have missed them. I don't get down that way very often so I don't know when I will be able to look again. I usually do the in town work and cover for anyone that is out. Of course the girls always know they can just say to me Bill I need you to do this and I will do it. I have seen many times 6 other techs just sitting in the office and I will be comming in from out of town and they will wait for me to get back to say I need you to run out here or there. Kind of sad to watch if you ask me. We were all given a book called. ( Raving Fans ) this morning. Hopefully it will make these other techs wake up and put fourth more effort. Any would make me happier.

my kmart had the plush in a seperate isle from the toys so they are easy to miss.

Oh good so I'm not crazy! OK well thats debateable.lol I should have waited on buying what I did buy, but I don't know when I will go to that town again. The only reason I went that day is one of the guys car was in the shop.

I found the normal plush at K-mart as well and it is a bit different. I wouldn't have noticed it if Gerda hadn't said anything They only had two and one of them wasn't in a good shape. From the looks of it, I doubt they get any others in

I went today at lunch and didn't find anything. I was really disapointed. I might try again this weekend when I have more time. They may have not made it here yet. Everyone keep your eyes peeled. The girl that posted it did it on MV.

The same girl just posted that she also found lip balm, that was in a mushroom house the color of the flavor, strawberry, blueberry and orange. BTW she lives in NY any of you from up there take a look at your Targets in the dollar section. Of course they may have a special section in some stores.

Yesterday at Target I spotted a new Christmas-themed figure set. I found it in an aisle with other toy stocking stuffers, not in the aisle with the other Smurf stuff. Anyway... the package is shaped like a Christmas ball ornament. It contains Papa (dressed like Santa Claus), Smurfette (also dressed for the holidays) and an elf-dressed Smurf, all inside a red sleigh. I think there may have been one or two other accessories as well (gifts and such). The whole set was $9. It was VERY cute.
