Should you se the lines on the tank top when it is the one without a tanktop? Should it look like it's been painted over with blue colour?

Mine look like this..
It definitely should not have the lines there as Martin and Lilou have pointed out. I have always been under the impression that the shirtless one is a different mold and therefore wouldn't have the lines for the shirt on it at all.
