[The Smurf Collector]

I have only just noticed that this Smurf has his palms unpainted and are still white. So I am just curious if this is the case with all other Scooter Smurfs or just a painter's lapse. The markings on the Smurf are Hong Kong Schleich S W Berrie Co Peyo 1983

I think most are painted but have them seen them unpainted before.

Personally, I think, some of the painted just didn't pay close attention or didn't want to go the extra step to paint them
