A toymuseum, close to where I live, asked if I would like to show my smurfcollection next year in their museum. I said I would like that and since it is only 15 minutes from where I live it could be fun thing to do. :D

Have to think about how to display and which smurfs. Basicly I think the space is not the main problem since it is a musuem with large boats and lots of space??
André

In Sweden the smurfs are blue ( and yellow).

Would it be a permanent thing or temporary display?

Hi again,

it is this museum by the channel close to where I live.

http://www.museihuset.se/ (click on "in english" in the centre of the page, unless you understand swedish?? )

It is a boatmuseum and also with a large collection of toycars( about 10.000). They also have a lot of toytrains with a large display with 200 m rail. Together with many other toys. This year they had a Barbiecollection shown from a collector in the town.

Next year they will remove a large item in the boatmuseum and a large space will be available if I want to show my smurfs. :D

I have not thought so much about which smurfs and how I want to show the collection yet. I could show the smurfcollection already this year but then I would only have a small space and therefore I will wait to next year, since it could be more fun to make a large smurfvillage or similair??? :-?

That sounds awsome Andre'. Wish I could see it in Person. As your collection is one of the largest and most comprensive I have seen. Others of us may have more diffrent stuff, but as PVC's goes I love your collection.
