Yes I am dying to see one too Martin.

I will see if I have anything that is missing from his list that I can add however Stefan sounds like a super collector so I am not expecting any differences but I will check it anyway.

Would it be Ok with Stefan if the list was distributed via someones web page? If he doesn't mind I would be happyhappyjoyjoy to have it on my site for download (with appropriate aknowledgements to Stefan of course!). This way you or anyone else would not have to email it to the people whe want it.
