Does anyone have any information as to why out of the four big playsets this is the only one that hasn't been remade??

Also are there any other markings other than HK/Macau?

Was it just produced on these islands rather than (West) Germany as it then was??

I don't collect them but am interested to find out

I don't have one and don't know very much about it, but you have the German version (Schleich) and the American (Applause), so there's at least that to collect

I do have part of a set...but also don;t know alot about them

other then the set was introduced for the Landing on the Moon Apollo 11 or 14 flight . so maybe that is why it wasn;t released again?????????:)

Hi Martin, sorry I have no idea why the astro set was not re-introduced when the others were. I have the Applause variation and will check the markings on it when I get the chance.
