Karen, it's the memorabilia fair on at the nec, 26-27th November. I've never failed to get smurfs there yet (though sometimes you have to look hard ).

Just an update on my halloween smurf...

...it kinda sucks. It's not completely terrible so I'll enter it if my new idea doesn't work out. I made a Corpse Bride Smurfette and I'll probably still post pictures of her. My problem ended up being there was too much detail on such a small thing that it was hard to make out what was what. Not at all easy on the eyes.

Anyways, I have a new idea which should be a little easier. Here's a preview. It's just a quick sketch which I'll base my model on. Please don't judge artist merit based on this picture !

Im still trying to think of something for mine i wanted to keep it original in line with the other 8 for next year but all i could think of was a zombie or a headless smurf sound familier but they have been done now. i cant think of anything exept mabe an egor smurf. but i dont know? Im sure ill think of somthing. LOL

Thanks Steve. I had too much trouble coming up with an idea that would "fit" as it were So I went for something that's along the right(ish) theme that I would like as part of my collection.

I can't think of a monster smurf that I haven't seen done before
