Pinch, Punch, first of the month: no return!

So we finish a little below forecast. (see graph below).

Well, without a doubt this is due to a much warmer october month than ever before... However the coldest winter since the 1960s is supposed to hit the uk very soon, so we should get back on track come November.

I blame the sunshine which has been unbelievable over the past 2 week ends.

Well, we are way below forecast for the end of November!

This is obviously due to a November much warmer than usual, linked of course to the green house effect... December looks to be much colder (in Europe at least) so we might have a closer match...
