Thanks Tojo :D

I have now completed the first 50 variations of the regular smurfs which was my first milestone that I was hoping to get to.....I think I may be still working on this site by this time next year :-?

I added your website Daryl into the links page but if you get a chance can you just check that it works and if I got the correct name of the site too.

Hi Dyar, you have a terrific website.

Er, but you may be letting the cat out of the bag in your profile page.
Somewhere along the line I ended up with a few thousand non music smurfs which my fiancée still wants an explanation for.
On the other hand, if Mrs. Dyar is cool about your fiancee, I don't see why things couldn't work out.

Hi Dyar,

just took a look at your website..................really good. The best thing that i have to say is that it is easy to use................everything detailed.

I really appriciate all this hard work, websites like these are all promotion for the smurf passion that we all smurf lovers got inside.

Keep it up :D

LOL Tim...I probably should explain that Mrs Dyar is not really a Mrs.......YET.
I just call her Mrs Dyar as it sounds better than Ms Dyar. Don't worry, I am sure she would sell off my smurfs or decapitate them all if I Mistress Dyar as well....that's where I am a little different I guess. If I had a Mistress Dyar I would still love smurfs the same as I do now. :D

Thanks melchior....but credit really has to go to Master Rach for making it easy to navigate through the site.....when it comes to website building I am still only a white belt. :D

Don't you have "common law" marriage down there? If you do, you gotta be "married" by now  It's been what, 12-13 years :o

I live in the American Bible Belt and understand what you mean. I called "Mrs. Drunksmurf" "Mrs Drunksmurf" before it was official because it sure saved a lot of trouble. This made the actual announcement a bit tricky: "Hey, everyone, my wife and I are getting married... uh, I mean, for the second time. You know, just, uh, to be safe."

Round two was trying to explain why we were doing it at a courthouse. "Uh, er, God is a judge, too, right? It sort of makes sense to honor him like that."

:haha: That must have been hard to explain Drunksmurf :)

LOL you made me think about how mad I get when Todd's schoolteachers call me Mrs Humphries, which is what my name used to be. Of course I keep my feelings to myself so as not to offend Todd but it grates to be called my old name, I'd rather go back to my maiden name which was Heath as opposed to that other one! :) :)

I'm glad you can understand Tim.....sometimes it's just easier I would agree.I am not sure Mrs Dyar (...to be) is actually interested in marrying me now. I think the idea wore off in about 1997 :)

Are we Smurfers all Godless people then

Well, me and Mrs. Fram aren't married either (so she isn't Mrs Fram, but hey), and aren't planning to. Luckily, we don't live in the bible belt, so it isn't that unusual here (although the majority still marries). My family would prefer if we got married, but only because they want to have a party :-D
:sheep: Bored of normality, why not go smurf? :sheep:

This little smurfer must be an exception to the rule, me thinks. I come from a very religious family and I don't know about living in the Bible Belt but I'm sure we lived WITH it! We went to Sunday School and church every week, rain, shine, hail, plagues etc. My sisters met their husbands at church and I also met my husband at church. He comes from a fairly religious family also so there was definitely no question of not getting married if we wanted to live together.

Though now of course my younger sister, who was the only one who rebelled as a teenager, is the only one who still goes to church. We "agree" to attend when the parents come to visit but they've kinda given up suggesting it now! HALLELUJAH!

GOD BLESS,
:D

There is a new headteacher at the kids school who is very religious and Danny is really getting into this god stuff, he keeps saying God says you have to share my toys, God says you have to be nice to me, God says I can smack you round the head if I feel like it... This God has a lot to answer for!! He looked most upset when I told him that saying this to Todd or me is about as effective as saying Kitty's Barbie says you have to share your toys. :) :)

Mrs Tojo is really a Mrs (although not called Mrs Tojo :) ) & we married in the Frankfurt registry office in 1994. There are pictures of it on the OJ's Adventures site. Everyone who marries in Germany does so in a registry office.

If you're religious (as in the case of Mrs Tojo) you can get married again in church (more like a church blessing really - most people don't marry in church wearing white) which we did by combining it with the christening of our 1st child in 1996.

We got married in the Swiss Cottage shown on this website.

We didn't have bridesmaids, just Todd and James dressed up as a cowboy and a soldier. :) :)
