Yay! I finally got the Golden 50 smurfs - it's taken me quite a while because of all those lovely promos and variations..but I've finally caught up with the current line  Thanks for everyones help, and Karens lovely shop :D
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

That's good news Steve :D

There is just so much to buy, you try to have a gameplan of what to buy next, but you never stick to it, something else always seems to jump the queue ! :) :)

Congratulations Steve

I know what you and everyone else means by other smurfs jumping the queue.....I get sidetracked very easily too and end up with all types of smurfy junk instead of concentrating on the PVCs I still want to get.

I think it's Ocky that really makes my website.....don't know what I did before he came along.

Well done Steve :D

The Golden 50 is the core of my collection as they are readily available in the shops here. We're really lucky for that in Germany. I've got all of them from 2002 onwards. The rest of my collection are those I've found by chance (old stock & junk shops etc.) & the supers & sets from the last couple of years.

Hi Steve,

I really don't know what you mean with 'current production' and 'golden 50'? Can you explane this to me please,???????

I understand english but this is chinees to me.

Maybe you can add a pic of them???
That would be nice.

Michelle

It is all the normal smurfs in the Schleich 2006 catalogue. Current production as in the ones being made in this year as new.

I am not sure where the term originates, I have a feeling it may be American but I could be wrong.

Now I know what they are talking about.
It' s much easy now for me.

Thanks for the quick reply!
