These are really fantastic pictures.

Have you considered creating non-smurf characters? You have the sort of skill that will take you somewhere. I especially like how your characters look agile (not stiff). (Er, but I confess, baby smurf looks a wee-bit disproportioned...) The adult smurfettes look fantastically alive, though.

The fantasy fiction industry is robust, and with women readers beginning to dominate the market, doors open for fantasy romance writers / illustrators.

There is a seasonal contest called "Illustrators of the Future" hosted by the estate of L. Ron Hubbard. Entry is free and top prize is $5,000. Checkout http://www.writersofthefuture.com Also, a lot of webzines look for illustrators.

Smurfs are great. At the same time, IMPS is jealous about people going pro with them. Who knows, you could create characters that become as popular as smurfs some day.

Hi DrunkSmurf...In fact I have created over six sketch books full of original characters and story plots. (Roughly I have created over 500 original characters, inclucing the smurfettes). As of yet I need to find a studio that would see my ideas as a success.

Perhaps one day I will find someone that would want to publish my ideas as an animated series/movie/or comic. Or perhaps he/she will find me
