Another smurf set the UK will never see then :???: And they look SOO nice too :(
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

Tojo...do you have any info on these McD smurfs? I thought I read on the German board that there were new 2006 McD smurfs but then I heard nothing more about them until this.

I may have to organise a friend of mine to get a set and maybe one for Steve Parkes as well if he needs them.

Do you think he doesn't have them yet? Why is that just a picture and not the actual figurines? :-?

Postby Tojo » Thu Mar 23, 2006 6:14 am
Don't know anything about these :-? I walk past McD every day & they still have the Australian animals set. I checked out their website too but the same there (Oz animals).

If I find anything out I'll let you know. McD's usually change their toys around this time of the month so who knows.

I'm thinking this is a pre order of sorts since there are no actual photos just what looks like the advertisement picture with stuff whited out. Would be interesting to know exactly what these are, and what size. I will email the seller and ask!

I've just looked at this again & it does look like the sort of thing McD's would make especially as the 8 parts clip together to make one complete toy. On the other hand they normally only make sets of 6, not 8. :-?

Hi Tojo

This is the forum where (as Karen rudely pointed out :) ) I post in some type of Genglish or Erman.

http://www.ulschlufo.tk/

There is a post a little from the top that mentions the 2006 McD smurfs in the title....if you can find anything out then that would be really great Tojo......Danke

hi! these look like fun! very interesting

but personally I havn;t bought the Mcdonalds smurfs yet..as they

are not that hard to get once millions come out of Mcdonalds..

this is good for those who want to be first on the block!

but the price seems high to me.

its always good to see new smurf products though!

Yes these are very expensive  ....I think the seller is selling them for double the price for buyers outside of Germany. I like to get them straight away from friends in Germany if possible as that way I don't have to pay the inflated prices that sellers list them for on ebay later on.

Hi all! I just checked out the forum that Dyar mentioned & according to the posts they are indeed the 2006 McD Smurfs which come out on 31st March.

Guess what I'll be eating on friday :) :-P I hate the food but I'll sacrifice my health for the sake of smurf collecting :) The trouble is that I need a set, & then there are the three under 10's who'll all be wanting them too
