That's possible, but I can't tell where any writing ever was. I've looked very carefully because I've thought the same thing. Maybe it is another variation though since another member has one too. Oh well! LOL!

Hello Rachel, there is writing on the inside , yes, but no way to determine if there was ever any on the outside !

As far as I am aware, there is a variation without writing on the cover but I have only seen this one with W. Germany markings and a more clear "maths working" on the inside cover.

I have this one, it came in a multi pack Kombi school box. My mom bought this for me and I kept all the smurfs in there that originaly came with it. The book on this one seems to be a darker color though as the one you guys are talking about.

I found my Supersmurfs and other playsets! YEA!! I went to my mom's and picked up my windmill. I took some pictures. It's pretty cluttered now. Hopefully when we move I will get another shelf and be able to spread them out more. I will post the pictures as soon as I get the uploaded to my Photobucket account.

Yeah, I couldn't fit all them in there either. That was just the normals that I could fit. I still would like to put them all in a curio, but I would definitely need a bigger one!
