Hi there

It was cold and yucky on the weekend so I spent some time putting together some new pages on my site of the different super smurf boxes. I might expand these pages a little further in the future but thought I would post a link incase these pages come in handy for anyone at some stage.

great site...as always... I hate the new boxes so much so that I always sell the new boxes as fast as possible...
But anyway.... I love the navigation through your site. It's fast, simple and very very complete

Thanks Guys :D

I thought this may be a little excessive or something but it was actually fun to do on a rainy day and I think it will be useful for me to quickly check what I have and hopefully useful for some of you as well.

I may even go into playset boxes and probably just keep developing different things as I go along.....until the sun starts shining again at least and I can go outside and run around like a looney to wear off the excess energy.

Hi Cheesy

I don't like the new boxes either...they lack some of the character that the older ones had so I totally agree with you.

As for the navigation part...well I have Rach to thank for teaching me everything I know about websites so that's another thanks to Rach for her initial help with this website which was priceless.

Nice webpage Dyar..I really like the way you've said what's on the boxes..I agree Cheesy, the modern mini print boxes are horrid..horrid to open and not as nice to look at..I don't like them either (sorry)

Here are my boxes:

Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

Nice page Steve...it's very well set out and you have some very nice boxes that I would love to get....the Jokey one is the only box I haven't managed to get yet....but I also love the Fencer (super sport smurf) one you have as well....I would really love to have both of those among others.

Thanks Dyar..I love the old english boxes, they take me right back to my childhood..getting a new super from the national garages was the highlight of my week back then (still is :) )

I must have had all the supers boxes at some stage..wish I'd kept them as a kid :(

thank you both of you, Dyar and Steve for the websites......

Here I am, collecting smurfs for years now, and I have learned soo much since coming to this board... I never saw any significance in the smurf boxes, and yes, I admit I threw them away, when I received the smurfs.....

Great pictures both of you. It's amazing how many different boxes there were for the supers. Let's hope they release some more supers in the future - that'd be great

WHAT  I hope you have learned better by now!!!
Actuall I think throwing "wrapings" away is a comon practice. These are designed as a childs toy and how many of us parents save every little box or paper that a toy came in :-?

my personall favorites have to be the blacked out olympic rings and the applause boxes.

That is a GREAT new section Dyar, it is great to see all the boxes together like this. :-D

Steve, I hadn't seen your super smurfs box page either so I am also well impressed. :-D

I will get back to updating Blue Imps over the Summer and to be honest, I can't wait to get stuck into the Supers and Playsets as I have so many to add and I also want to get the pics and info on them much more organised. :D

Well done both.

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

Cheers Rachel..I did wonder if people had seen it..the buttons I made don't have any rollover properties, so it's not obvious sometimes there is another page..I've got LOADS of updating to do..but I just don't seem to have the time to do it lately :(

Your graphics look excellent, Steve.

Andrew, I still can't believe how many smurfs you have, I love the old version box for the airplane super smurf, he's one of my favourite smurfs anyway and the pic on the older box seems to do him more justice.
