I noticed and won this small lot today, after emailing the seller fast!

I got a reply on the Superman smurf!

notice the red on his cape? the seller told me its a red triangle with the


superman logo in it... part of the smurf

any ideas?? anyone know about this smurf?

Did the seller mention if it was like this originally?

yes the seller said it has always been on the smurf, and is stamped

in red matching the smurf.. odd I thought as well, so I will find out I

guess when it arrives to have a closer look..

this lot sold for very little and I found this in the USA.

I think its because I spent many hours a day sifting thru Ebay
and keeping many files so I know what is there, I miss alot of course
but If I find something odd, I go and check in the Katalog fast or on
people's websites, and see if I can find it, if not then I usually
bid on it and get a surprise! its kinda fun!

don't forget.. that I mostly collect oddball stuff anyway, and even though
I have lots of regular smurfs, I mostly get them by buying a small group.. just to get one weird one..

I've almost got at least half the licenced smurfs in the katalog this way.

Yes Attom...I spent too many hours going thru ebay...But I have some manias: for example I don´t usually buy lots of smurfs, because I don´t want to have double smurfs...If I buy a lot with an interesting smurf...what can I do with the other smurfs belonging the lot, that I have already? I don´t want to sell them...If a smurf come in at home, this smurf don´t leave my house...Another mania: I´m too lazy to ask to the seller about the markings. Only sometimes, when I watch an interesting variation, I see the other seller´s articles and ask him for the other items...I have been travelling in ebay for only seven or eight months, so I´m not a very experimented user...Because I´m a little clumsy, my credit card is ok...I don´t want to think about what it would happen if I was an experimented ebayer....

you sound like a very sensible smurf collector....

You can always send your double smurfs over the Atlantic to beautiful Tennessee.... I promise they will like it here and they will come to a good home......

Yes it's true...don't believe Attom about spending hours searching ebay....he has a little Attom section that none of us can see where the best and most unique smurfs are sold. I hope to find this magical place one day.

I would have to think that the logo is a repaint at first thought.....but as we have learnt before anything is possible so I will wait to hear your thoughts, as you can never tell until you have it in the hand for closer inspection. I think these might of been nicer if they had a little logo on the cape and maybe a Schleich painter thought the same way....I wish one of those painters lived next door to my house as i would have some really cool colour variations....and maybe some nice rohlinge too.

Hi, Attom!!!!!!!!!I have no doubts smurfs have feelings...I have been sleeping in the same room than smurfs for years and years...I have a twin brother and when we were childs and he didn´t sleep at home, I catched all my smurfs, put the beds together, and put all the smurfs inside...Now it´s more difficult: though I have nobody to share my bed, there are too many smurfs...and supers...oh!!!!!!!they are very discomfort!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


And Maureen: if I receive a double smurf, I promise you I will send it to you to Tennesse...but you pay the shipping costs.. .
