Hi

I have been very naughty lately, but I was punished only an hour later.
On Saturday, I decided to buy Frankenstein and two of the footballers I needed. So I went to Bochum and bought them for a very reasonable price (2,80 Euro each). Then I got home, I discovered I made a mistake by buying another benchwarmer, so I decided to trade it, once I'm in Utrecht. To my surprise, I noticed that they do differ in many ways.
E.g. Colour and appearance of the zipper (one is sort of dark grey, while the other is silver) and the size of the pupil.

Did you notice these differences either?

If anyone is interested, I might post some pics tomorrow.

yes...post some pictures please. I never bought a second benchwarmer so I was not able to see that difference but it would be interesting for me...

I have 4 of them Dominique but I think all mine were the same. Maybe one was the earlier and later production of this smurf.

Hi Dominique, that is great to hear about the Benchwarmer. If you could post a pic, that would be great.

I have three but I am sure they are all the same. One has a slightly brighter silver zip but they are definitely all silver.

I do know a variation of another in this set. The soccer fan has two variations, one with the face paint stamped on and one with it hand painted on.

About the size of the pupils, as they are hand painted, I would say no two are the same...

On the other hand I'd say the zip and the socks are definitely a different color!!!! :):) Great stuff!

Actually looking at mine again, one is definitely a brighter silver than the other two. I will try and take a picture when I have a minute.
