Woo Hoo :woohoo:

I was very happy when I got home Today to discover that my Christmas pressie has arrived and as Richard isn't home yet, I took the opportunity to take a couple of pics before he gets wrapped up.

It is the all green suprise bag and having had a very very close look at him under the lense, I am utterly convinced he is real. I have seen (close up) and held fake suprise bags so I know all the signs to look out for and although I was fairly convinced when I bought him anyway, until I could get a closer inspection, I couldn't be 100% sure. Now I have though, I am very happy. :cloud9:

Now I will just have to wait until Christmas morning before I can introduce him to his new friends.

Oooh, lovely smurfy Rachel..but naughty girlie for peeking :) :) :)
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

That looks great Rachel :-D :-D

Forgive my ignorance - but is this the yellow/green cone without the yellow :-?

HI guys, Thanks for all the nice comments.

It is always difficult with so many fakes around but I had a good feeling about this one. If I had any doubts as to whether it was not genuine I would of course say and give the seller hell but I struck lucky this time.

I have known for a long time of the existence of the all green and all orange cones but didn't think I would actually own one of them. There was an all orange one available as well but I got outbid on it but I am not complaining too much, I am happy to have just one to start with.

Richard has now wrapped him up but I have insisted that he doesn't put him under the tree just in case. With two dogs and a cat in the house that is one risk I am just not prepared to take. :(

Question: Is the bag just like the normal green one but without the yellow paint? I dont even have the normal version myself, but I assume the cone itself is made out of green PVC. Am I correct?

Thanks Luce, I think he may be one of the first pressies I unwrap. :xmasgift:

Hi Pauli, yep this is just an unpainted cone, without the yellow paint. :-D

He is all wrapped up but I have made Richard promise not to put him under the tree just in case...............

Thanks Doreen. :-D

I am afraid I have always been a bit naughty at peeking at pressies. :shhh:

I remember my first year away at college, I phoned home when I knew my parents were out and made my little sister go and find my pressies to tell me what I was having.
