Hi all! I've posted pictures of my collection before, but this time I'm actually showing the shelves, as I finally got all the glass doors in place :) I'm such a happy little camper right now! I'm trying to get a proper camera to get decent close-ups, and when I do, I'll also upload some pictures on my web page (edit: done, click here for more pictures).

The best thing is that there is still plenty of room for new smurfy stuff! I estimated that I can fit atleast 650-700 Smurfs in the bottom shelves, and I'm now going at just below 600. And there is loads of room in the top also. :-D

Those shelves are fantastic :D That's a very elegant way of displaying & protecting your collection.

Just a question though. What's in the jar at the top? Is that where all the naughty smurfs end up, all the ones that didn't do what Papa said? :)

So 600 smurfs for the four shelves, right? I'm really thinking of taking your prints and giving them to my grandfather. He will make me the shelves of my own. I thought of an actual "bookshelf" but if your four cabinets can hold 600 smurfs then I could fit my collection to those too! Your shelves look better than the one I was planning. :scratchinghead:

WOW great job Pauli..I love them, I wish I could display my smurfs like this :D
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

Easily if they are all regulars. Supers obviously take more space. If you can choose the dimensions yourself, just make each cabinet e.g. 2cm deeper and you'll be clear ;)

Hi Pauli, you should be very pleased with yourself, you have done a great job. :clap2: :adore:

Your shelves show off your collection beautifully and it is good that you still have more room to expand. It shows off your figures, sets, buildings and other items so well. A big thumbs up. :-D

Do you have your mini pvcs on display? I have been searching your shelves for them. :D
