It seems that it is time to give up our dream of owning a special item.

http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... mot_widget

Price is growing by each item he sold. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
Do not want to know how much he has over and how good these fakes are.
The only good thing is that he let us know it is a fake.

Do not let us discuss why it is not a good fake, so the next series will be better than the original. :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x

but the next reseller maybe will forget it accidently to tell the people that this one is a fake... :banghead:

I hate seeing this type of thing Ralf.....I agree with Tine, what happens when the buyer sells it as I am sure it will be passed on as authentic

This type of practice kills this hobby as far as the rarer smurfs go in my opinion

Frankly, setting aside the fact that I have gone overboard these past few months where buying smurfs are concerned it is this kind of thing that discourages me from going to ebay much right now...I like ebay and I think ebay is great for smurfs especially when you start out..but once you move to rarer smurfs, I have more and more realized that it is much better to buy the smurfs after carefully reviewing them first hand. And since I have never claimed to know much about them, I really liked it when I was able to ask for "expert" opinions at Passion before spending a lot of money on them :D

Thank you for posting the links, Ralf, as a warning ....I guess we know we can expect to see some again in the near future :banghead:

Thanks for posting those, Ralf. This is not a good thing..also, if the little Gloria cans are available for sale for probably only a few cents, why pay someone that much for a reproduction when you can do it yourself???? The reseller won't be listing it as "fake" I'm sure too :banghead: :banghead:

If I knew French, it would probably be easier to find Gloria miniature cans for sale but I did a quick google search as we do not have Gloria brand in America. :-?
