These were our shoes after today's 20 km race.
I ran with my trainer Stefano (2.26 in Lisbona's marathon and 2.34 in NY marathon 3 weeks later - 186.000 km covered in his career up to today ). He saved my life today because in a crossroad a car came out and thanks to him I was able to avoid it.
We made some km talking about smurfs.

Well done Max, but i hope those shoes are cleaned before you go running again, all that dirt may slow you down
