i'm sure this has been done before.....but i was just curious as to who your favorite smurf (pvc)was???

I would have to say that i just LOVE shiver smurf.....he is just to cute and i decided i wanted to collect a million of them......ha ! i have one so far .....so i guess for now i should just concentrate on getting the yellow scarf verson

I like the orange Jungle smurf a lot. Not sure which one is my favourite but I know that one and the Angry smurf would have to be up there. Another favourite is the Coach from the 2004 soccer set.....I just love the frustration on his face.

I do think though that the viking smurf is one of my all time favs but I have to admit that at times the devil smurf also comes high on the list.

My favourites are Angry & Grouchy as I love the characters in the cartoons & books. I still haven't got an Angry yet but maybe one will find it's way to me sometime.

Good question... Like Fram and Rachel, I also change my mind too much, but have to say I keep coming back to normal smurf and the general classic simple design. Having said that in all my collection I vow to love them all equally and have paid far more for other smurfs.

Basically if its smurf... its good!

Y'know what I was thinking the other day, I find that the smurf(ettes) that I think look totally adorable in photos are never as cute in real life, where some I've not liked the look of but got as part of a lot have ending up being my favourites

At this moment my favs are cowgirl smurfette and long coat santa smurfette (both ones that I never thought were anything special going from photos).

I try not to play favorites.

But, I've decided to make "Smurf with flowers and gift" my favorite smurf in hopes that in a reverse psychology tactic, I can dupe Schleich into discontinuing him.

Schleich seems to yank the most desireable smurfs out of circulation pretty quickly. Granted, I guess by definition, the most desireable ones are the ones yanked out of circulation pretty quickly... Yet, I wouldn't take offense at them keeping "Pointing Smurf" in circulation for 26 years straight. Maybe "flowers with gift" is a big seller for German guys buying something for their sweetheart. There must be an explanation other than sheer malice why Schleich keeps him around.
